Guaranteed Quality

Our products are highly recommended, and are guaranteed to be factory fresh and high quality or your money back. In order to offer the lowest possible prices we can only extend this guarantee on products that we KNOW almost anyone will love. Here's how it works:

1. Inspect and Try the product

If your order is dammaged, incorrect, or defective in any way...

2. Contact us

If you need to return a product, please email us (orders@advancedinc.org) or call us (1-877-684-8295) to obtain a Return Authorization number within 30 days of receiving your order. You must have a Return Authorization number to return a product.

3. Return the product in like new condition and in it's original packaging.

Put a note in the box telling us why you are not satisfied with the product so that we may take action to improve. Then you may ship the product back to the address that we will supply you along with your Return Authorization Number. Some products will need to return directly to us, while in other cases they may go dirrectly to the manufacturer.

The product must arrive clean, like new and properly packaged with all packaging and paper work that came with it, and all products must be in the original packaging. Please consult our return policy page for further terms and conditions.

4. Get your money back

As soon as we receive and inspect your returned product we will immediately refund your full purchase price or send you a replacement according to your choice. Refunds are issued to the credit card or bank account from which you originally paid for your order or in some cases will be in the form of a check via US mail. You will also get an email confirmation of the refund, if possible.

Returns made after 30 days are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty. However we will gladly assist you in processing your warranty return.
