Satisfaction Guarantee Return Procedure
- Our products are fully guaranteed for material and workmanship, and suitability for use. If your order is dammaged, defective, incomplete, or the wrong size you may return it for a replacement or a full refund.
- If you would like to return a product, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org)
or call us (1-877-684-8295) to obtain a Return Authorization
number within 30 days of receiving your order. You must have
a Return Authorization number to return a product.
- Put a note in the box telling us why you are not satisfied
with the product so that we may take action to improve. Then
you may ship the product back to the address that we will furnish along with your Return Authorization Number. Please do not ship without a RA number.
The product must arrive at our location clean, like new and
properly packaged with all packaging and paper work that came
with it, and and all products must be in
the original packaging.
- Items must be returned in their original
condition and packaging (or equivalent packaging), complete
with all included parts and materials. Proper packaging is
very important in order to avoid the red tape of processing
a "damaged in shipping" claim and
to insure quick process fulfillment for you.
- Under the Satisfaction Guaranteed program you
are responsible to arrange and pay for return shipping except in the case of incorrect or dammaged orders.
- IMPORTANT: SD Enterprises. is unable to accept returns
on products which are damaged as a result of improper installation
or customer misuse. Credit will not be issued for any product
which is not in "like new" condition, is soiled, or shows evidence
of having been wet. Used toppers can not be returned.
- Our satisfaction guarantee may only be invoked one time in
any 3 month period on similar items by the same customer. This
does not apply to defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Product Returns which are not subject to shipping charges
- If you have received a product which is the wrong size or is
defective we will replace it or refund your money at no expense
- Defective items (subject to verification)
- Incorrectly shipped items.
- Items damaged in shipping
- In these cases, a prepaid return label will be sent to you.
- Email us at email@example.com and
use a subject line of "product
return", or call 877-684-8295 to inform us that you wish to return
a product. For returns due to defect or damage please provide
a detailed description.
- Please be sure to pack your item carefully in the original
packaging or an appropriate equivalent to insure that the product
will arrive undamaged. Proper packaging is very important in
order to avoid the red tape of processing a "damaged in shipping" claim
and to insure quick process fulfillment for you.
- If you have a FedEx return label follow the instructions on
the back of the label. Attach FedEx return label to outside
of box and contact FedEx for pickup. In addition to the return
label please post your return address and order number or return
authorization number on the outside of the box.
- Merchandise returned without prior authorization may result
in a credit not being issued. Please, receive authorization before
shipping your return.
Damage & Lost Claims
Please check your shipment carefully when it is delivered. If
there is ANY damage it MUST be reported within five business days
from the time of delivery in order for credit to be issued. The
best way to file a notice of a damaged delivery is to note it on
the delivery invoice at the time of delivery. If this is not possible
(as it often is not) please e mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and
include your name, address, and a description of the product you
ordered, and the nature of the damage.
If you do not have access to e mail you may also call toll free at
877-684-8295 ext 11 and leave a message if you reach us outside of
our business hours. It is our sincere desire that you are satisfied
with the products and service that you receive from SD Enterprises.
Claims after 5 days
If a return is requested for reasons other than mentioned above,
the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to
SD Enterprises. Items must be returned in their original condition
and original or equivalent packaging, complete with all included
parts and materials. All COD returns will be refused. Merchandise
credit will only be issued to customer following receipt of goods
by SD Enterprises. No return authorizations will be issued by Advanced
Inc after 30 days from the date of delivery.
All products are covered by the manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer
warranties vary, and are included with your products. Most of our
products have manufacturers warranty information included in the
online product descriptions. Please review the information you
receive with your products for more information.
Abuse or Misuse
SD Enterprises. is unable to accept returns on products which are
damaged as a result of improper installation or customer misuse.
Credit will not be issued for any product which is not in "like
new" condition, is soiled, or shows evidence of having been wet. Hairs,
dirt, odors, or stains on any item are not acceptable returns.
