International and Overseas Orders
We will ship our products internationally or overseas to U.S. states or territories. However, shipping is very expensive relative to the cost of most goods. Shipping for toppers to Canada for example is approx $165.00, to ship the same topper to England would cost about $210.00.

Minimum Orders
We accept small orders, and we do not charge a processing fee for small orders.
Export Tax
There is no U.S.A. export tax. But you will be responsible to pay your own country's import duty or consumption tax. We do not know how much your import duty fee or consumption tax is. Your local Post office, the United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express office will handle the customs for you and let you know the duty fee or consumption tax.
Method of Payment
We accept international bank's check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. No charge will be made to credit cards until the product ships. There is No surcharge for credit cards. Prepaid orders must include the shipping cost. Shipping cost will be quoted to you before we accept your order.
Price
The prices are in United States Dollars and are valid for both domestic and export sales. Prices are subject to change without notice.
International Returns
International or overseas Returns must be authorized in advance. Because of the great expense involved in international shipping our usual "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" guarantee does not apply to International or overseas orders. Unauthorized International or overseas returns will be refused. All International or overseas returns due to defect or damage must be made within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to inspect for misuse and to determine whether repair, replacement or adjustment is necessary. All products returned must be 100% complete, contain all manuals and other accessories. The International or overseas customer pays all shipping charges. Original International or overseas shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. International or overseas Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Advanced on returned items. When we receive products back, we inspect them carefully, then immediately credit your charge card or send a refund check.
Shortage and Damage
Please inspect each shipment upon receipt of merchandise. Point out to the delivery agent any discrepancies or damage in writing. Call us immediately about any shortages. All claims must be made with our office within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Damage that occurs in transit is the carrier's responsibility and claims must be made at once to the carrier by you.
