Customer Reviews
   - Been about a couple of years now
I have the queen size single chamber bed. Although we had some issues with a leak initially. They were very helpful in getting things straightened out. NOTES: 1. Use a very good surge protector on the pump. The pump works well and has lasted a long time, but I had a pump failure after about 8 months. It was warranted, but I bought the best surge protector I could find and have had absolutely no issues since. 2. The mattresses are top notch. They are fully vulcanized mattresses(If you ever had the old Coleman camping mattresses from the 60's and 70's, those were vulcanized) They have held up wonderfully. 3. Go get a real foundation. This mattress does not come with a foundation. Solution, go to your local mattress place and ask for a "solid foundation". This allows you to use a standard bed frame(SAMS has them cheap), have a standard height and use standard sheets. Works very well, and costs about $120 bucks total.
I did a lot of soul searching and took a chance on their beds because they could supply parts in the future. Well, after we got past the first hiccups, I haven't needed anything.
Lastly, if the bed is in a reasonably controlled temperature it should hold air without touching the controller for a quite a few weeks at least. If you have 8-10 degree temperature fluctuations, plan on running the pump more often. I have to adjust the bed in the winter time when the temp outside goes up especially, the bed pressure will get higher than I like. If you get the bed and it doesn't hold pressure be sure and contact them, when it is set up right it should hold pressure great.
I paid quite a bit less for mine than the present price, but it really has been a good bed.
