SD Sales / AdvancedInc.org is a "Mom and Pop" company owned and operated by Shirley and David LaFerney since 2002. We answer the phones and emails, package the orders and personally hand deliver them to the shipper - you will never reach contact with someone here who can't help you or doesn't have the authority to do what needs to be done. However this also means that we don't man the phones 100% of the time (sometimes, we're out in the garage boxing orders and whatnot) but we do return calls if you leave a message, and we will respond to your emails within a few hours at most - Unless we are on vacation.
