For orders over $20 we offer FREE delivery service to the 48 continental
United States for all of
our products, including memory foam mattress sets.
How will my order be shipped?
In most
cases, your order will be shipped by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
Smaller packages will be shipped via the US Postal Service. If
you ordered a mattress or mattress set, please see below. Most
non-mattress orders are shipped in 1 to 3 business days. If an
item is backordered (which is rare) we will contact you. Please
provide a valid email address with your order so that we may email
you our order confirmation, payment receipt, and shipping notification
with tracking number. We do not sell or share your email address!

How will my mattress order be shipped?
- Unless otherwise noted, all mattress and mattress sets are
shipped via common carrier freight services.
- When your order is shipped, you will be notified via email
and provided with a tracking number or pro number.
- Your mattress order will be delivered and unloaded for you
at your curbside. Important: This is strictly
a curbside delivery only - the freight company's driver is NOT responsible
for moving the mattress to your home. That is why we recommend
having another person with you to help receive and set up your
new mattress.
- Delivery time: Approximately 3 weeks. Mattresses and mattress
foundation sets are generally ready to ship in 5-6 business days.
Transit time is approximately 1 week after leaving our facility.
You will receive a call from the shipping company to make a delivery
appointment with you about 3 or 4 days after your order has shipped
from our facility. It is best to have a another person with you
to help you move and set up your new mattress.
- We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states that is accessible
by road. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or a location only accessible
by ferry, please contact us for a shipping quote. We can also
make arrangements to ship your mattress to Canada. Please contact
us for details and a shipping quote.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will go out as quickly as possible, and
you should take delivery in 1-2 weeks. Beds sometimes take as long
as 5 business days to ship, but all products (including beds) normally
ship within two business days. Once your order ships, it will usually
be delivered in 2-3 business days. However, we promise delivery
in no more than 3 weeks from when you place your order.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders usually cannot be cancelled once the checkout
process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders
quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is
immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We
regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. In order to offer
the lowest possible prices, and efficient free delivery, if you
refuse delivery of your mattress set you will be charged $250 return
shipping plus a 15% restocking fee.
